Refund Policy

This page explains how refund and billing requests work for Night Reef product purchases and subscriptions. Store platform rules may control the final refund decision for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play.

Mobile store purchases

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by the store account used for the purchase. Cancellations, subscription management, and refund requests generally need to be handled through that store account. Night Reef can help identify the product, entitlement, or receipt context, but may not be able to issue store refunds directly.

Web purchases

If a Night Reef product offers web billing through Stripe or another payment provider, refund requests can be sent to hello@nightreef.com with the product name, account email, purchase date, and reason for the request. For Chamelingo, support@chamelingo.com is also available. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but usually does not remove access already paid for during the current billing period unless the store or payment provider grants a refund.

What to include

Include the product name, account email, platform, purchase date, order ID or receipt details when available, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send passwords or full payment card numbers.
