Terms of Use

These terms apply to Night Reef LLC websites, apps, games, and digital products. Product-specific rules, subscriptions, store platform terms, and purchase rules may also apply. Chamelingo is our first app, but these terms are written for the broader Night Reef portfolio.
Using our products
You may use Night Reef products for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless a product says otherwise. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, harass other users, upload harmful content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any product or service.
Accounts
Some Night Reef products include accounts. Chamelingo does. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity under your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Purchases and subscriptions
Night Reef products may offer free tiers, paid tiers, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or one-time content. Mobile purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play through the store account used for purchase. Web purchases, where available, may be handled through Stripe. RevenueCat may be used to manage mobile entitlements. Store billing, cancellation, and refund rules apply to store purchases.
Ownership
Night Reef products, branding, visuals, code, and content are owned by Night Reef LLC or its licensors. You keep ownership of content you submit, but grant us the rights needed to operate, support, and improve the product.
Disclaimers
Products are provided as-is and as available. We work to keep them useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every issue will be fixed immediately.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Night Reef LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of its products.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel subscriptions at any time through your account settings, or through the App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase. Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current paid billing period; we do not generally provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. For mobile purchases, refunds are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their refund policies. For Stripe web purchases, contact support@chamelingo.com for Chamelingo, or hello@nightreef.com for other Night Reef products, within 14 days of purchase for refund consideration on unused subscriptions.
